Thanks to some very accurate weather forecasting we have had a well timed gallivant to Uppark today.
Arriving a little before it opened, to make the best of the sunshine, we had a brunch picnic before meeting friends for cricket on the lawn and a look around the house (which we didn't manage on our last visit) just before the rain came down.
S's highlight was the marble table tops showcasing the wide variety of different types of marble. Hardly taken any photos today as I was fully occupied running relay races and, unlike Petworth House you are not allowed to take photographs inside.

S is doing this thing where she is spelling out words like a code.
