As deeply unfashionable and uber un feminist as is it you know I just love being a stay at home ( or should that be gallivanting!) mum to my trio. It is hard for me to imagine it any other way. The Daddy One and I watched a very enjoyable movie last night called "Fair Game" and of all the parts of it that interested me it was the mother's relationship with her twins I found myself watching the most.
- Sorry about these bullet point posts, my 15 minutes allocated blog time seems to have shrunk and, whilst I said I wouldn't blog everyday, writing up two or more days seems to take longer than writing separate posts as all my tense get confused and I forget stuff.
- Looking at booking another term time holiday for September. The weather has been great in September for the last few years and the prices are like a quarter of the August levels. Exciting.
- The BFFs have been over for the day today, for about 5 hours in the end. They came bearing cookies and Et had made fairy cakes. The wooden shop has been erected by Allen key wielding me and many many Scooby Doo printouts have been coloured in. Lego star wars Hoth bases and Ewok retreats have been constructed; Barbie's dressed. A festival of play from professional players!
- It has been sunny enough for garden action and sadly one of our visitors took a nasty tumble. We steri stripped her back together and by home time she was healing up well.
- Smart Sandals aka Weed sadly can't make tomorrow so I am intending to gym tonight instead of in the morning.
PS I love Stevie Wonder

Frankly, I think there's a lot to be said for being a SAHM too. Even well paid work that I've loved has nothing on the sense of accomplishment that comes from facilitating your child's development.
I keep meaning to ask you if you are on fb or twitter or pinterest Lily.
