Totally married, loves gallivanting, raising a Too Cool For School Trio in
West Sussex, England.
Living very happily outside the box I never quite fitted in.
Everyday I spend 15 minutes chronicling the previous 24 hours in our home educating lives and each post is titled after a great track.
Early work on E's battle field - The playmobil knights don't stand up on the carpet and their weapons drop through the gaps in the floorboards so this looks like a great solution. Great for him to have a project to work on with The Daddy One too.
These are some of S's recent reads
Anne Fine: Bill's New Frock
Ros Asquith: Fibby Libby
Ros Asquith: Fab Four All For One
Bad Dreams: Anne Fine
We spent some time on Amazon today reviewing the Anne Fine's and discovered that she is a pretty prolific author which is great, should keep S going for a while.
Despite the easy like Sunday morning feel to today S has made fimo food for the Barbies, we have played lego, done cutting and sticking, baked Dan Lepard's biscuits. Watched S writing today, her spelling and letters are really surging ahead I guess from all the reading she is doing because it is not something we have covered formally for a while now. We have a nervous Daddy One not looking forward to his flight across the pond tomorrow. For about 5 or so days now Baby Small has been in the zone of a morning sleep 11am-1pm. lt must be rather nice for him! E has been working hard on his battlefield painting the sand dragon tail area. There is fire to be added............
