Blow Up!

So it goes. Wednesday morning Grandma has headed off home and The Smalls know that the next time they see Grandma will be Christmas Eve, sniffing distance of the big day. In addition they know that The Daddy One is at work and when he returns home this evening that there will be no more work for him (well, of the paid variety anyway) until 2012 and furthermore that this afternoon is the home ed Christmas party. Some times it feels as though we have little in the way of structure in our home educating but when the punctuation marks are altered the previous rhythm is obvious. That said they are cutting and sticking and making shiny pictures without too much distraction at the moment ;-)

S had a bought of late night creativity last night as is her way and made these great balloon face people. One burst on me earlier and now O is a bit scared of balloons :-(
