Super Star

New parachutes for the wind tunnel Picnic lunch and ice cream in the glorious sunshine DJ Grandie in the mix Mind the gap
Glorious cloudless blue sky has been our backdrop to the day again today for our sixth trip of the year, and the beautiful countryside drive, to Intech near Winchester to meet my Dad (otherwise known as Grandie or Cheesy Foots.)

I think I have used up all my best Space related tunes naming previous posts as I have blogged about Intech before so I won't go over everything again. You can read that here in "Computers in Music" or "Chatterbox Mondays" or "Places and Spaces" or "Substitutiary Locomotion"

but today we did one different thing. The Smalls stood on the scales. Only the second time I have known all of their weights as we never did all that health visitor clinic thing. The first time was their weight at birth and the one other time at the Natural History Museum on an exhibit which expressed your weight as the ratio of an elephants weight.

So, E (age 4 year 11 months ) weighs 30kg S (age 6 11 months) weighs 21kg O (29 months) weighs 15kg S and I went into the Planetaruim show whilst Grandie looked after the boys. They could have come in as it was a chatterbox Monday but they didn't fancy it today. Before we left this morning S's wobbly tooth fell out. A major gap alert!

Looks like a great day! I love the "living outside the box". I do think that way of thinking is enriching our kiddos!
