The benefits of having a big brother. O likes Disney Pixar Cars Cars and, we just happen to have a basket full!
So, Baby Small has enjoyed his wish as we travelled via train today. We went to Horsham a small market town around 15 miles away from home, a few stops north on the line, and had a play at a park or two and a browse around the shops. All bathed in glorious Autumn sunshine.
We hung out at the brand new skate park for a while, learnt some new vocabulary and watched the BMXs, Skateboards and scooters performing their stunts and tricks. A very desperate teenager was asking his friends. "Can anyone teach me how to skin-up?" Well, there is an essential life skill that is clearly missing from the school curriculum.
